Rovers Flashback – what a difference 8 years makes… Sunday 4 June 2006 is a day that will live long in the memory. Hull KR 40 – Warrington 36. In some ways, it marked the return of Hull KR as a credible threat to join SuperLeague – a threat they have more than delivered on since. For us, it was a horror show – losing to a team from the division below. From that disappointing day, we grew as a team and a club and it was only a few years later we’d be lifting the trophy itself. For this week’s programme notes, we’ve taken a look at the Wolves team that day and identified the home grown players and compared to the team that took on the London Broncos recently. It’s not just the HJ Stadium that is 10 years old this year… The 10th Annual Supporters Trust Quiz Night is to be held on Tuesday 20th May 2014, at 7.15pm in the Martin Dawes Stand. First team players and under 19 Academy players plus club coaches will be attending & joining in the quiz, dispersed into YOUR teams to help or hinder. Teams of up to a maximum of 6 members can be entered.  If you have fewer numbers, we can make up the teams for you. Tickets are £5.00 per person and there will be prizes for the winners. To register your team, please download and fill in a 2014 Quiz form  and return it with payment to Wolfware, in an envelope marked “Quiz Night” or  hand it to any WWST Committee Member.
